This week's New Faculty Orientation highlighted the district’s efforts to welcome and support new staff. The program focused on familiarizing faculty with district initiatives, curriculum expectations, and instructional practices, while also building connections with colleagues and leaders. The orientation emphasized a strong start for staff and students, ensuring new teachers feel prepared, supported, and aligned with the district’s vision for teaching and learning.

Our district prides itself on our commitment to the East Haven Vision of the Graduate. The critical attributes of the Vision of the Graduate is a Pre-K through Grade 12 initiative that emphasizes the transferable skills students need to thrive as learners, workers, and citizens. It goes beyond academics, embedding essential life skills into every aspect of education. By fostering collaboration across all grade levels and schools, this vision ensures a united effort to help each and every student grow and succeed.
